I am writing to thank you for the excellent job your fitters did installing my new windows and doors recently.  One hears all sorts of horror stories, but rarely good ones, and I can only praise your fitters.  They were professional at all times, working quietly away, and I could not believe they had cut out our dining room wall, and installed French doors, all without leaving the slightest mess.  They even bought in the washing so it wouldn't get brick dust all over it.  There were no signs of broken glass anywhere, and I have not found any since, and all re-rendering has been completed to my total satisfaction, and I'm a fussy so and so.  We have recommended our neighbours to use you for their new windows and doors.  Thanks again for the First Class job done by First Glass UK Ltd.
